Mozart Visits Quince Orchard Library!

The American Center for Puccini Studies presents Bastien and Bastienne 



The Friends of the Quince Orchard Library invite you to join us on Sunday, June 10 at 2:00 PM in the large meeting room for  Bastien and Bastienne, a charming chamber opera written by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart when he was 12 years old!
 A shepherdess, her addle-brained shepherd, and the village flim-flam man collide and collude in all things romantic to send-up every operatic and social convention and give everyone a good laugh at Life and Love opera-style!



The artists from The American Center for Puccini Studies will present this insouciant little opera in a cheeky new English translation by ACPS Founding Artistic Director, Dr. Harry N. Dunstan.

This free performance is suitable for all ages and open to the public.
